A new elementary school to replace a fire destroyed previous facility. 23 classrooms from Kindergarten through the 6th Grade, with Library, Kitchen & Cafetorium (with stage), Music & Art, Physical Education, and Administrative area. Steel frame, with concrete slabs on metal decking, on structural concrete pile supported foundation, with standing seam metal roofing, metal stud / brick veneer exterior walls, and metal stud / gypsum board interior walls.
